Maureen E. Danker is a long-time resident of Northern Virginia and a 1997 graduate of Virginia Tech (B.A., Sociology). She earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, in May of 2000. Maureen's practice of law has solely focused on domestic relations since April 2002. Throughout her career, she has counselled and assisted hundreds of clients, helping them navigate the complexities involved with divorce, custody, visitation, alimony, child support, asset valuation, business valuation, whether through settlement negotiation, mediation, or litigation. She has also drafted numerous pre-marital agreements.
Maureen zealously represents her clients in a skillful, efficient and cost-effective manner. Many of her client's objectives are obtained through settlement negotiations or mediation, which generally provide the most effective means for resolving family law matters. However, under certain circumstances, litigation is the only means for a resolution, and Maureen is an experienced litigator in all aspects of family law matters.
