Sogand Falahatpour

Sogand Falahatpour is a native of Northern Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University, with honors in 2017, before earning her juris doctorate degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in May of 2021.

Prior to joining Kelly Byrnes & Danker, Sogand served a two-year judicial clerkship to the Honorable Grace Burke Carroll of the Fairfax County Circuit Court, the largest trial court in the Commonwealth. During her clerkship, Sogand directly assisted the judges in making well-informed judgments through extensive legal research and writing in both civil and criminal matters.
